Ok guys, I know how to use world guard..sort off I protected my ALL of my city, BUT I want some people to have plots/areas in the city were ONLY THEY can build (+Admins,ops ECT), I tried setting a new area for each plot but I doesn't work, I need something that would override the existing protection.
