Ok can someone who has had this problem in the past help me find a solution.:

The issue is when i connect to the internet on xbox live it works all fine. I can play Call of Duty and go through the market place perfectly. But when I go to Netflix as soon as I run it it disconnects me from live. Then my internet becomes laggy and when I try to sign out and sing back in it wont work and I have to end up messing with my router and just waiting it out.
