This trailer back in '06 is the sole reason why I started playing Gears of War, this is still the best video game trailer in my opinion of all time.

I wanna know what is the reason you started playing Gears?

I started from the gears 3 beta. I never played gears 1 or 2

I started at gears 2 because of my brother. He kept saying how awesome it was, and it was. So I didn't really want gears 3 but since all of my friend's got it, I got it.

I just watched that trailer and I forgot all about that I saw that trailer and had and gasm back in 06.
but i started as an alternate to CoD and Halo and I loved it started at Gears 2 then I bought Gears 1 then got 3 Best series ever

I was at a friends house playing NFS: Most Wanted (The Old one) Back in 06/07, and I saw it on Xplay and I had to change my pants afterwards.

The next day, I rented an xbox and GoW from the local Video Game Rental Store.

After two days, I left and bought My xbox and Gears 1.

I've been playing it since.
