Upload your desired picture to an image hosting website.
Then either click the image button or type [img]URL PASTED HERE[/img] and paste the URL in between
Image button
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
If you are talking about the avatar, then upload your desired picture to an image hosting site, as stated before. Then go to your profile and click 'Update Avatar' You will be directed to your account settings. Post your image URL in the designated box.

alright o what you need to do is go on tinypic.com and then upload your image. after that, they will provide you with a URL containing your image. copy and paste the one for forums and message boards. afterwards just copy and paste it into your post and it will work. i hope i helped you out bro

If it's a screen shot you do the same thing. Just make sure .png is after the link.
It won't work if it isn't. If you aren't using speedcap, which i suggest using, Then you have to upload to an image hosting website and do the same thing.
