Are there any, like for modded cars and such?? Looked all over the internet, and i doubt there is but i just want to know. I have GTA 4 and all expansions

Nope, with USB in single player, all you get are basic things like full armour, health, max money, all weapons and max ammo. You can use Horizon to mod the gamesave with USB Stick.
If you want the modded cars, you will have to ISO mod, you can find some offline mods if you try searching here or 7s.
