Fail. These are so fail. Xbox have cracked down on lag switches so much. Trust me, if you use one, xbox will catch you and ban you.

What are you talking about? You really think Microsoft will catch you and make a big deal about this? They won't even ban you, it would be like a 24 Hours Suspension or something. What if a family member started downloading something and made it all laggy and then the download finished and it went back to normal? That is pretty much the same thing a lag switch does, make it laggy and then go back to normal. There is no way of them telling and I highly doubt that they will do anything to you.

A lagswitch crosses through the connection. Xbox detects that and cross referencing.
