Modded Lobbies on GTA IV

Hey guys, there are lots of people who come on here and ask for modded lobbies on GTA IV.
There is no such thing as a modded lobby on GTA IV as only you can mods as you have the modded ISO disc. It's not like COD where everyone gets infected with the mods. If you want in a game for modded cars then ask for a game with modded cars or something similar.
Sorry, but it's rather irritating coming on here and seeing loads of people asking for modded lobbies when there no such thing.
