1 burst rifle (all guns have unlimited ammo, and they all have different mods)
2 Full auto rifles(one shock, one fire)
2 magnums
1 m9(shock)
1 desert eagle(toxic)
1 shotgun
unlimited Deo-Bombs
Unlimited Molotovs
unlimited Meat things
unlimited large med Kits
A ton more items

Is it at the start of the game? If so, couldn't you make it level 30?

This has none of the requirements for a sticky. It is probably a cool save, but it is a 1 out of a million chance of getting a sticky.
