I was offered a partnership yet my adsense account failed to activate.

No just your video. It will be a pay per click on the ads, you cannot click them your self and you can not tell your viewers to click them. You will be paid .1-2.99 per click. Normally for every 1k views you get 3-5 clicks sometimes less.
