By the time you put all that $ into upgrades, you'll regret it since it's really not worth it.

Here's an example:

Upgrading video card? - Better PSU - Make sure the motherboard supports PCI 16x speeds - Make sure the CPU is not a bottleneck - Make sure there are enough case fans.

Upgrading your CPU? You need a new MOBO.

If i were you mate, id buy everything from ebuyer.
its where i got my custom built computer from, obvs i had to build it myself.
you just order parts, they send you them, then you build it.
i got 3 computers from there, mine, my brothers and my mates.
everything comes within a week and you wont be wasting your money...Trust Me.

Not worth the money.

There are no upgrades you can do. You could add a new graphics card, but thats it. For a CPU you would need a new motherboard as it wont support the new chip-sets and such. Chances are youve got a bad PSU in there that wont be able to power the PC. Build your own, it will be better.
