for some reason i cant sign into my xbox live account and when i go on my hard drive it says my profile is corrupted plz help

maybe because you haven't recovered it from the xbox you been playing from.

Just delete it and recover it again

Delete it off of your hard drive then recover it. If it is not a gold account then there is nothing that you can do. Hope that this helps you out.
