i need to know how to make a citadel its been 2 weeks and we cant do it so 10 mil for whoever helps btw
we have 5 peopl on the platforms and we do begin ritual and it does nothing

Apparently its been said there is a bug. Its not working for anyone right now. They say though that there is a probation period of a week. Possible meaning the 5 members had to have been a member of the clan for a week +. I also tried for hours and hours.

You got to have over 50 clan member's to have an actual Clan citadel

1.You need 5 p2p clan member connected at the same time.
2.Teleport with your vexillum. (5players)
3.Stand on the little stone on the ground around the portal.
4. When all your team members are standing on a stone speak to the wizard right next to the portal, he will give you a unknow item who is looking like a little paper.
5.Go on your stone and activate the little paper that you got from the wizard.
6.Citadel is now created!
7.When your in your citadel you need to cut some logs from the woodcutter spot. (no hatchet needed)
8. Have fun!
-Busterblad01 = runescape account

I heard there is a bug where everyone has to join the clan,then everyone relogs
