Well Im not sure if this is technicaly leeching because it has no value of what your giving me so please dont flame and call me a leech because all I need is an (empty)pre paid visa card for paypal to remove limitations and its empty so theres really nothing to lose besides a piece of plastic here well thats it if you can help me out that would be nice
