either fake, and/or MW2 sucks
HE GOT A THROWING KNIFE HITMARKER ON A SENTRY GUN!!
there was a sentry gun killing people, either his or the other teams.
either way you can get a hitmarker on it, and it doesn't matter ig he got hit with what.
its fake. a hitmarker means the server recognizes whatever happens

sentry guns dont get hit markers, maybe ha had a clamore/OMA and switched to the UMP, and his claymore got a hitmarker?
(or c4 whick would be easier to time, and staged easily)

it was the sentry gun, you can see it on the mini-map
