please can some one make me a server?
if you can and will i will give give you 2 i know it is not much but still,
so please can you make it a bukkit server with these plugins:

Permissions
own blocks
groups:make groups for like new,builder,op,moderator,admin,co-owner,owner and make sure they have the right permission like me the owner will be able to do everything obviously and all the rest should be obvious,
and the plugin where you get a wand for easy building
and any more you wish to add
