ok I play cod WAW when I am infected(not my ISO mod just go to splitscreen) and after a game a guy send me that msg:
THIS IS A MONITORED AND RECORDED LOBBY.THE FOOTAGE IS SUBMITTED TO ACTIVISION WHERE THEY WILL REPORT YOU TO MICROSOFT AS WELL AS BAN YOU FROM THE ACTIVISION SERVERS.

Is this real or not ? help me plz and if its real I am ban to from only activision servers or XBL too I give you rep after you answered my question
