Ok i have a quick question. I was looking to buy a jtag from someone and i have to pay by paypal and i dont have a credit card or anything like that so somebody told me i can put cash on the green dot money pack card then use it on paypal? well anyways my current spending limit is $0 so will i still be able to send him the money?

get a walmart money card lol just put money on tht and hook it up to ur paypal
