Are there any new weapons, perks, bosses, etc?
If so, what do they do?

I don't have Moon, but I really want to buy it.

and can someone explain the easter eggs?

new weapon called the wave gun and it can be seperated into daul zap guns, also a new perk called mule kick that lets u hav 3 guns, new features include zero g's slow motion and u float its pretty cool get it fershure
