1. what is a good cheap vps?
2. can i change my source whenever with the vps?
3. will it portforward for me?
4. if i buy it wud i b able to give the source to the coder or wud he have to get the vps?

alright i never coded a server but i do know some about them. you can give it to the co owner or coder because its like a ip that you give them and then they can acess it but also when they have it they controll the server too. i dont know where to buy them but thats all i really know sorry i couldnt help more
