I got my gta iso can anyone tell me how to spawn cars or do the flying car mod

Only specific cars are flying cars depending on what mod pack you are using.

you cant spawn cars, instead if you have replaced files like manhat01.img or nj01.img then there will be cars that spawn in certain places
