Title Says it all
Rules for Cops:
Can use shotguns
Claymores when a robber is down
They Can knife
Must tell robber to get down (prone) before they can attack
UNLESS the robber tries to attack the cop
Rules for Robbers:
Throwing Knives
They can knife
They can stun
Must escape cops
