Im pretty new to TTG and was wondering a few things abouat banners. My first questions is : What is a banner? i have no idea what it is. My second question is : Do you need to have a Gold Membership to have one? and my last question is : how do you make one? if someone answers anyone or all of these I will plus rep for helping me. One more thing. If I can make them with no gold membership, Is there any tools they have to let you make them? Thanks

A banner is a thing you use to make your profile look good and only gold members have access to that feature

a banner is something you/outhers can see when they go on your profile
no you dont need gold use photoshop or ask someone to make 1 for you hope this helped pm if need anymore help !

A banner for TTG is the image on your profile...
Also, a banner could be an image at the top of a website...

A banner is the banner on your profile. Check my profile page and you'll see a picture on top of my wall that is a [profile] banner. You don't need a gold membership. Lastly, you can have someone make you one by posting in a shop or you could make one yourself in Photoshop - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] or in Gimp - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , if you really want a professional one you're going to want to get photoshop, but GIMP is a good stepping stone.
