In the order they have been doing the maps it shouldn't have the originals but that's probably going to be the last map pack so they cant end the Zombies series without the original characters, and that would be awesome to have the original guys on the moon. But it doesn't seem like there type of place.
My Theory, Original character: Richthofen had a teleporter on the moon and had something to do with Apollo 18 and why we never went back to the moon in so long. Or when you sent the rocket into space in Ascensionn that brought the Zombies to the Moon.
Different character's: After blowing up the wall behind the Pack a Punch the meteorite transported them to the Moon

It has to because because Dr. Richtoven is trying to go to the MOON because 115 is on the moon there he can stop the zombie apocalypse but i do not believe this will be the last zombie map. 8) The story can be found here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Unless they kill off one of the characters in the story, I believe they will use all of the original characters because this is the last zombie map at least for black ops.

It's been inadvertedly proven by Treyarch that there will not be new characters. Look at the paragraph describing the map provided by Treyarch.
The undead have transformed Area 51 into a No Mans Land, forcing our fearless heroes to escape to an abandoned top-secret moon base where they will face their ultimate challenge and bring an end to the Zombies menace.
Whether battling in the lush Biodome or the subterranean shadows of a lunar mine, devious phasing zombies will test your reflexes as they shift in and out of sight. Watch for the undead astronauts as they run riot, unaffected by the bases fluctuating gravity and lack of life support.
Arm yourself with a space-age arsenal of new zombie-killing weapons including the Wave Gun, capable of cooking zombies from the inside-out, and the Quantum Entanglement Device, which taps theories of quantum mechanics to bless (or curse!) your battle against the undead.
New equipment types and an all-new perk for thrice the zombie-slaying fun will help unearth the conspiracies that have plagued our heroes since 1943.
