ok, this is how to file transfer with your friend if he has downloaded something you want or dont have enough money to buy.

Make sure that he is trusted and that he trusts you so you dont get scammed if you let someone else file transfer for you.

But to let you know, you can only file transfer once a year so make sure you download all the things you want.
what you will need:

A computer that is able to connect to the internet.
A xbox that has live.
A xbox controller
and a brain.

1.Recover your friends account.

2.once it is recovered, go to this website on your computer [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

3. once you get there, its pretty much a step by step thing thats tells you what to do.

4.once your done with the whole file transfer, go to your xbox and press the middle buttom on your controller and go all the way to the right and go to Account Management, then go to Download History.

5. once your there, go through and download whatever you want.

6.sign out of that account and sign into your main account.

7. once your there, you should see that you have everything on your account. There you go, you have successfully file transfered.

there are other ways to do this like downloading the profiles and injecting and all that but i thought this was easier.
