UPDATE 1: Titles and emblems for some 10th prestige players have been reset to NO titles and NO Emblems, Jtags are also not working. (lobbies possibly patched? FOR NOW)
if he was saying"i can do 10th for 1600 msp" then i wouldn't trust him. all he is doing is giving us helpful info. all of his info makes sense too.
anyway plz keep updated. i'm on the west coast. i still don't see the option to even download yet.
