So who will win in runescape botting Jagex or will they just give up.

Bots will never be over run, people will find new ways to get past Jagex's security.

Jagex should have more of a RSPS setup, admins should be chosen, and they should actually be able to ban. I know its a large responsibility, as he could ban someone who didn't do anything, and spent years on his account. But anywhere you go in Rs, you get spammed to death with rsgp sites, and any training of skills are always filled with bots. I think bots will win for now.
Maybe long term, later on, Jagex will succeed.
or just stop trying.
