I've been trying to get this avatar to work but I just can't get it.

I've been trying to take the red ghost out, and adding my flashing text.
I'm trying to have my avater the same as it is now, but make the ghost appear to be moving like in the animation.
Can somebody please help! I will +rep.

I've tried but I'm not the best at GFX, this is my first one I've ever created so I need help. Lol, I've used bannersketch to help me with the texts but that doesn't help with keeping the animation

do the same as you done with the 4 pacman enemies but 1 of them and bigger??????

In photoshop, go to
1. Window > Animation
2. File > Import > Video Layers to Frames
3. Browse to the saved .gif file
4. In the box type *.gif and press enter
5. Select the .gif file and open it.
6. Select the red ghost and copy it
7. Paste it into your current avatar
8. Go back to the gif and press the next arrow on the animation frame
9. Copy the new red guy
10. Paste it into your avatar.
11. Make a new Animation layer
12. Make the first animation layer with one red layer not showing
13. Make the second animation layer the other way around.
