whenver i connect my ipone 3g to itunes and i get this error

i called apple one guy told me to unistall itunes and i did that it didnt work
and then i called again and the girl siad i needed to pay 30 fcking dollars so she can help me she gave me a link and it didnt work...
if you can help mee out i will plus repp 60

Put it in recovery mode then restore it to factory settings.

If that doesent work call apple and speak to a tech
