this is the begining of the 3rrod if u go on ebay u can buy a kit for like 5 just take it apart in take of the x clamps and remove thermal past and put new past on fit the nuts and bolts and ur done u might have to over heat it once look on youtube for a guide

try over heating your xbox. wrap 3 towls around it and keep it on for about half an hour.
let it cool down (10 min.)then it works

NO! Don't do that! It makes your Xbox even worse in the long run. Never do the towel trick. NEVER.
