ok so yesterday my xbox 360 kept giving me a red light on the power supply. then after a hour of looking the mobo over i found a piece of solder that must have fallen off the soldering iron onto the ANA chip (e74 chip) i think thats what it is called. so i removed that little piece of solder then my xbox turned on... then this morning it wont turn on but the power supply has a orange light... and as soon as you plug it it the +12v rails and the fans power connector both jump from 1.5v-2.5v continuously. Idk what is wrong. the xbox isnt doing anything when i hit the power button. as soon as you plug it it those voltages just keep jumping from 1.5-2.5 and back and fourth. could this be a MOSFET Chip problem?

What does a reflow do?

I honestly dont see how a reflow would fix this problem. All a reflow does is reheat the solder balls underneath the chip you are reflowing (cpu, gpu, etc.) to fix any joints that may have gone bad or broken away from eachother..
Reflows are normally conducted if you get the 3 RROD.
Your problem honestly stumps me, get in contact with Icy-Tank or Nitz0, two of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to repairing electronics.
