Im going to attempt this wish me hopes, just a quick quesiton, how do I wake up from it when im in it, and i will post my story when i wake up

Trust me, you won't have any trouble waking up. After you are fully lucid dreaming you will wake yourself up.
Happens almost everytime. Just start spinning in circles in your dream, it puts you into a deeper sleep to help so you wont wake up.
Also try to avoid looking into mirrors, that is the number one way to trigger a nightmare. Nightmares are not fun at all when lucid dreaming.
You will probably forget most of it when you wake up, so when you do you will most likely still be in sleep paralysis. Just stay still and collect your thoughts, then to get out of sleep paralysis just try to move your fingers and you will notice you can move them a bit. Keep doing that and you will gain fully control of your body again.
Have fun, try to avoid nightmares and dont freak out if you go into sleep paralysis when you wake up
