I got Blackmagic Intensity Pro.
It's a HD capture card and costs I tihnk $199 in the US, but you'll be spending about another $70 odd for HDMI cables and HDMI 2port splitter for lag-free gaming with recording
Since it's HD, you'll either need a pretty powerful CPU (max you can record is 720p, can do 1080i but 1080i sucks, and you'll need like Intel Core 2 Duo 3ghz + or a Quad Core 2.2ghz +, im just guessing coz i got an intel core i7 at 4ghz and the recording uses about 35% cpu usage) or like 2TB of hard drive space to record uncompressed video which is MASSIVE but you don't need a good computer (except when rendering the edited video which will just take longer)
check my chan out and see the quality of my cap card on youtube (on your computer it's WAYYY better because youtube decreases the bitrate by a lot)
