Are you using DVD+R DL to burn the ISO onto?
yes to make sure there called DVD+R x8 DL printable
Are they 8.5 gigs?
yes i got them from scan and they are 8.5 G

Never heard of them try getting verbatim or memorex maybe thats your problem.
