Considering it's the second thing you have created using Photoshop I'd say it's actually quite alright. The annoying part is the pattern overlay featured on the background, it's too bright and especially seeing as it's in white colouring. Maybe lower the opacity or change the colour of it. The text is plain and simple and could do with a small improvement. Nice creation though, good luck in the future.
