1. Open Your Iso using an Iso Viewer (I Used Xbox Backup Creator)
2. Find Data0.pak
3. Right Click the File and Click Replace
4. Replace With the Modified Data0.Pak
5. Save
6. Burn to a DL Disk

as for as i know it contains:
Super Jump (Can Kill You)
9999 Health (Can't Die Online Unless you get Smacked or Get Shot from a Close-Range Shotgun)
9999 Ammo
Instant Reload
It has other things as well i believe i just havent been able to work out everything it has.
If you find anything feel free to post and i'll update
