My jtag wires are really brittle and are about to break so i was wondering if i could power if off. desolder the wires one by one so i kno where they go and resolder them on the back of the motherboard without any harm to my xbox...? no power will be going through the xbox while i am soldering so it should be fine right?? plz help asap... lol i wana do this tonight if i get an answer...

Yes you can de-solder them, and solder them again, it doesn't matter

LOL my jtag is heavily modified with fans and cold cathodes... and i have alot of wires running through my case and they are bending the wires and the are about to break so i am going to put newer wires and on it.

OK guys it worked my JTAG is now running with new 24 guage wire lol... thanks for the input.
