You can be:
1. Police
2. Robber
3. Taxi
4. Pedestrian
What they can do:
POLICE:
1. Stop traffic
2. Ask questions to random people
3. Give tickets
4. Kill people (robbers or bad people)
Robber:
1. You can do whatever you want except kill with RPG's or any of what the police can do
Taxi:
1. Guide people around and offer taxi rides.
Pedestrian:
1. Do whatever you want that any normal human been would do.
