java is a little more complicated than it looks lol, trust me I'm taking it right now to get ahead in college so I don't have to take it this fall during my third year!

It's not that complicated. I took it in grade 11 first semester and I have been using if up until not (3/4 of a year) and I have already made a game, multiple little Applets and Applications. In fact I have just finished making a calculator yesterday.

As long as you have a good teacher (which I didn't have) and you want to learn it, if you have a support group or a group that is willing to help you (Thank you daniweb Java community!) then it is possible to learn. Also You could try to learn from TheNewBostons youtube videos on java, but I find that he doesn't explain things as well as needed, but it can only help.

There is also someone on this forum making youtube videos(it's a sticky).
