I'm typically VERY advanced in this section, but in my case I've never heard of this, if you can, can you post a picture of your screen maybe?
What I think is that you have an error screen, or some part of the Xbox is broken, I'm not positive, but that MIGHT be the case. If not, post a picture and hopefully someone can help you. Hope you find your results!
