The best thing to do isn't try get like a 128 OVR etc. But get it at 90 but still with the important stats turned up like Pace etc.
Though if you want a 128 OVR here's a link: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
It's pretty simple to do this, same way as you get 100% accomplishments.
Also, an update coming:

In this update there will most probably be:
Names
Height
Weight
All stats 255
Unlock all traits

Thing is, although it's a very slim chance if a dev or one of the xblpets see it then you have no chance of not getting banned imo.
I could be wrong though.

You can't, sorry if I confused you, I was just saying there's not much point going all the way up to 128 because everyone will leave, so you should just make it 90 on everything.

I dont get how you do this? I used Horizon and my guys 100. How do you use this?
