I saw some of these around a while back, and decided to give it a shot.
The idea was to make it SIMPLE and Clean. There can be more items added to it,
but I didn't feel like adding more then two in it, as its 4:42 AM. (For me Eastern Time).
If you could rate and comment, would be most obliged.

That's only the effect it makes when it is clicked.
Not default.

The design is good, but I don't find the text/font eyecatching if you know what I mean. The text looks squished together like you messed with the character settings for your text. & I don't think I'd use drop shadow for your text at the top. It throws it off a bit to much. If you edit, I'll let you know if there is something you could fix. But nice job, keep working hard. I promise you just keep going & going you will get tons better. I used to only do Photoshop & now I only do Illustrator work, to me Ai is more powerful than any other program out there (Including CorelDraw x5). I used it once & hated it; it's good with vectors but Ai is even better with vectors & making your work cleaner but it's everyones opinion on which program they like the best, but I suggest you learn Illustrator now & quit Photoshop. I do a lot of 99designs & they look for logos, web design, & wordpress design, etc. If you like doing it then I'd suggest doing a lot of things for them & let people throw some feedback right back at you so you know what to fix from some of the larger corporations all over the World. It'll help, trust me... You might let your guard down at sometime but keep your head up & keep practicing, everyone has room for learning/getting better. Even the best need more experience. Let me know if you need something bud.

Peace, Kurbie.

Firstly, there's very little hierarchy keeping the design organised. For example, why is the "Items" header the exact same style at the items themselves and why if the items have a header, why doesn't the price. Keeping on the subject of orgnaisation, lists of prices generally are aligned along their right-hand edges like so...

Good

$110.00
$__5.55
$_60.79

Bad

$110.00
$5.55
$60.79

Notice how the first not only looks neater but is also the way that people usually add together a list of numbers. You also put the $ at the end of the price which is just... wrong. As for the purchase button, it looks kinda squashed up with the rest of the design. Personally I'd say it would make more sense to have a table of items with the item name on the left and prices on the right. Then the total under this on the right. Followed finally by the purchase button under the total. This will keep a natural flow to the design. Finally, overall the colour palette used is really quite bland and not very welcoming which isn't the impression you want to be giving users. Other than all of this, it's clear that the design was a good attempt but was just missing a solid structure and welcoming feel
