well its hard if you dont know what your doing which i know what im doing but heres a quick tut:
get a fresh savegame and open it in codtool (do not use the " those are just to show you what to type)
then go to advanced and as the setting type in activeaction and as the value put "bind button_start vstr a" now this will make it so you keep it the mods untill you dashboard
now next put one as a setting put "a" and the value "vstr 1;vstr 2;vstr 3;vstr 4;vstr 5;vstr 6;vstr 7;vstr 8;vstr 9"
and then put another after that says as setting 1 and add whatever dvar you want

(then put 2 as the next setiing and whatever dvar and then 3,4 and so on
