Today i got my xenon jtag on 12625 ,
installed xex menu
installed freestyle dash
then went and installed mw2 it worked perfect
then i watched a few videos on how to put patches on
so i put on a patch (godlymodzv5)
put on a title update , default_mp.xex , and a code post gfx
when i start it up it says discs unreadable or you need an update
if anyone knos a fix please help "/

It is just the files you have that are corrupt. Get a new set of files and you will be good to go bro

you need a modded default_mp.xex and code post and btw mw2 is down right now tu6 is the onlly title update you can mod on tu7 blocks the patches

There can be many solutions towards your problem.
* Check if your patch file isn't corrupt, try a new patch and if that doesn't work try the next step below
* Replace your default_mp.xex and patch_mp.ff with new ones, It could be broken or may have bugs in the default_mp.xex, if that still doesn't work below is my last solution..
* Check if you downloaded your game properly, redownload if possible. If not that, it may be the game your trying to mod like " Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 " has a new TU7 Patch that only allows you to use certain patches. Tell me if i'm wrong but this is what i researched.
These are the only solutions I know, and I havn't failed one JTAG fix process.

You need to put a modded default_mp.xex in it as well and itll work perfectly.
