Well unfortunately i cant find any info on this error.
My suhgestions to try
1. Reflow gpu
2. Reflow cpu
3. Reflow southbridge
4 flash back most recent workong nand image

There is no info on this error so i cant tell u anything for sure. If it is hardware related then most likely a gpu reflow will work. If nand related a reflash should work if neither works reflow everything u can lol

I've never encountered this 1 before. What was the last thing you did to/with it? Did it happen while playing a game, did you turn it off and then it appeared when you turned it on. Did you flash something to the nand? Did you add anything to the hard drive?

I flashed a KV, it was laggy so i got another one but i accidentally got the flashdmp while i was still on the laggy kv and Used that flashdmp to flash the other KV and when i tried to boot it gave me e78 error.
