Yeah portforwarding. Or you can try testing your connection on XBL that normally opens my port.

I would try both of these but i have forgot my user name and password how do I access advanced you need a user name and password?
help
test what i said worked for me im on bt home hub at my mums
tried that about 20 times
If you have forgot your login and password google your router type and default login/password. (thats how i found mine) At this point you will need to go onto your xbox 360 under connection to get your xboxs IP address. Once you acquire the Ip address go into your router and set that IP as a DMZ host. I had to do this as my router has a firewall and this allows you to dedicate 1 IP address access to service without firewall protection.
I dont want your 5$, just let me know if this helped

Indeed, give it to a charity if you really feel like giving it away.

Type your ip address into your address bar, and follow the port forwarding in the post I gave you.

Try googling your model number of the router or whatever it is you need to login to. Google "default password/login for ****"
then follow the steps I provided. ITs quite simple actually
