probably not but how can u recover a banned account

nope mate , there are some tutorials on how to remove a permanent ban on an account tho

A banned account will not be able to be recovered...and btw a jtag does not allow you to unban accounts, you where warned, the update on xbox.com clearly stated anyone with infections will be perma banned

You can recover banned accounts... you start recovering, push the guide button at like halfway, then use modio to fix it.

I know it is a little bit more in depth that that, but hit google, and you will find it.
