Anyone has a ideas how to fix an xbo with error code 71 it turn of just fine and does everything fine but when i try to play a game it pop out error71 red ring.
If anybody has any idea plz comment its been 2weeks with this problem

e71 is a dashboard update error, well am 99% sure it is, which means you need to reset you console,to do that follow these instructions :
1, With the console off, press and hold the sync up button (the small white one)
2, While holding the sync button press the power button to turn on the console
3, Continue to hold the sync button until the Console has booted up completely.
During the boot process the console should clear any failed updates, allowing you to use it normally If that fails to work there is no other solution and you must send it back to M$ for repair...
post back and let me know if it worked

if that doesnt work take it to a local store that fix's xbox's if there is none then all you can do is send it in to mircro$oft

nope nothing works everytime i try to play a game it pops out and says error code 71 i can watch videos and sign in properly
