Becoming a Werewolf can be tedious work, but it's not too hard.
Playing Dead
Whenever you are near riften getting a bite, you can kill giants around you. Bring a giant to the Werewolf altar, and kill it. Werewolves will come around trying to use Devour on it. Stand on it, press Start>Social>Emotes>Play Dead. You should be hiding in the body.
Pay someone
There are plenty people you can pay on TTG, this is literally self explanatory. Be weary of scammers though.
Full Moons
When there are full moons, you can find various real Werewolves spawning around riften. Get scratched by them and you are one.
