This achievement requires the player to achieve 10,000XP. At first glance, this achievement may seem like it may require some real grinding. Fortunately, 10,000XP is actually a relatively low amount of XP in this game. Playing 10-15 competitions with a variety of finishing places should be enough to unlock this 25G achievement and should only take around an hour of playing time.
