Hello and welcome to my first Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Intel Guide
This is the thirty third Intel I will be showing how to collect.
For this Intel you need to choose the mission "Eye of the Storm" and choose any difficulty.
At the courtyard where the Russian APC is being slowly sky-craned in, there is a laptop under a tent south of the monument/statue (use your compass for bearings). From where you and Soap emerge into the courtyard, you can just head west and you will find this tent.
